WAJFC is committed to protecting your privacy and that of the players and will process all personal data in accordance with current protection legislation including GDPR. Your data will only be used in relation to WAJFC activities. It will only be seen by WAJFC personnel responsible for your child’s interaction with WAJFC and appropriate officials within the F.A.

WAJFC also collect, on behalf of the Wetherby Sports Association (WSA), a compulsory WSA Membership Fee of £35 (2 adults + 1 child) and a £20 fee for additional children (maximum total fee £55). This entitles you to use the WSA facilities (bar, toilets, etc) and helps the WSA to cover essential costs of maintaining the WSA facilities. Therefore,  we are required to give the WSA the names of all players and their parents/guardians.

No personal data will be sold or passed to any other organisation. A full data privacy statement is available from WAJFC on request.

Agreement 1: *
Payment of fees entitles your child to attend training sessions. Inclusion in matches is at the discretion on the team coach/manager.
Agreement 2: *
Players, parents/guardians will be bound by the club and FA rules (including the FA Respect Standard) and will abide by the Players and Supporters Code of Conduct as published on WAJFC website. I will: • Remain outside the field of play and behind the Designated Spectator Area (where provided.) • Never engage in, or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour. • Always respect the match officials' decisions. • Applaud effort and good play as well as success. • Remember that children play for FUN. • Let the coaches do their job and not confuse the players by telling them what to do. • Never shout instructions from the sidelines. • Encourage the players to respect the opposition and match officials. • Never criticise a player for making a mistake -mistakes are part of learning.

Charity Gift Aid Declaration - single donation
Gift Aid of 25p for every £1 you donate can now be reclaimed by WAJFC / WSA (from HMRC) from the tax you pay for the current tax year. This can generate additional funds for re-investment in WAJFC / WSA. Please notify the charity WAJFC via email if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income/or Capital Gains.
